BMW dealer experience

Mentioning no names (but i live near to Chelmsford), the service i received from the BMW dealership was RUBBISH.

Rude
Slack
Unhelpful
Expensive

The guy that actually did the work was really good - everyone else (apart from one of the salesguys) was just a bit abrupt and useless.

.....they also have left brake fluid all over the front end, around the calierps, handlebars and even on the wheel rims.

Finally....the screws holding the reservoir lid on were not tight!!!!!!!!!!!
