17th November 2006. Visit to Bude
Went to Bude to pick up a clock we have on order, it was not yet in so will have to go back another day - what a shame! We walked along the castal path above Summerleaze beach, it was a bit windy and chilly according to Dickie. I did not really notice as I was too busy taking photos. We saw a surfer off Summerleaze, but unfortunately he finally caught a wave when I had put my camera away - we'd waited for some time to get a picture. After this we drove on to Widemouth Bay where Dickie could sit in the car and watch the surf school while I took pics again. The same person who instructed Kelly and I last month was there, I managed to get a few pictures of him surfing. He went out quite a way so they are a bit blurred. Need a better camera I think! The sky was fantastic as the day went on, worthy of a few more photos. See pics in Bude photo album.
