Hopefully this is the last full day here in Ulaanbaatar (UB).
PLAN (obvisouly...there could still be another problem with the embassy!!!) is to kit up tonight and then pick up Johns Russian Visa at 1200 tomorrow, then head north to Russia. Tomorrow night we will camp near the border and then make it into Russia Friday morning.
It is 5000km to Magadan - the visa John is (hopefully) getting is only 30 days and the flight ot Anchorage leaves on a Friday. So, we are currently hoping to catch the July 21 flight to Alaska.
My previous experience of Russia is that their internet cafes are rubbish....and where we are going is pretty barren....so dont expect too many updates!!
