Up at 0800 and had a brew. We left at 1030 and rode more tarmac. It was very smooth and very weird...the miles racked up really quickly!!
We took a turning west and headed for Erdeni Cu at Karakorin - the capital of Mongolia under Mr Khaan. There was a 25t turtle there and a big Monastery...not that interesting. In fact, it [the turtle] looked more like it was made in China a few years ago....rather than the 14th century.
Headed out of town to find a place to camp....next to a river where we all had a wash!!
Then the horses had a wash and a drink...quite a lot of activity going on around us!!!
Dinner was the normal noodles..lots of them!!
