Good morning Perth...
We have arrived in perth today for part to of our aussie adventure!! the plane ride was ok, tho we had to pay for food and drinks (which wuda been ok if ya dint get a portion fit for a small child i mean seriously Richard Branson throw us a friggin bone here!) the hostel is ok, took a lil bit of finding tho, its got a bed which is the main thing, o n a big assed kitchen where david can cook for us lol did a little bit of exploring today as the weather is really nice, we found out they have free buses, yes that is FREE buses so why walk wen they are available! Perth is like Lincoln but bigger, considering it was a saturday the streets were not really busy at all, even at the shopping district! Apparently there is a Rally meeting going on at the mo where we can go n see all the cars being tuned up for free so we may go have a gander! its coming to the point where we need to get jobs and a van aswell so the search begins - right after lunch lol

Goodnight Sydney...
it is time to say farewell to sydney as the four of us are hopping on a plane (but not jumping out hopefully) to perth for the forseable future. its been a good month here we done the whole touristy thing visisting places like sydney opera house, the aquarium + wildlife centre, tarongo zoo, bondi beach, watsons bay (did that today to kill some time) and a few other places! we have also made lots of friends in our time here - first and formost there is Canadian Dave, who we shared a room with on bondi, this guy is a alegend and his website is pure genius!! we said 'cya l8r' to him last night on a 'last night booze up' which was totally awesome!! then there are the Liberty Lunch Guys n Gals, after speding most of our time within the restaurant while staying at bondi we soon became the regulars and knew them all, even the manager was giving us free food (as he should after spending $400 in one night!! which reminds me to say hello to jess the english girl we met, you cost us alot of money!!! but it was all cool) we will miss the liberty bunch as they were, and still are, a great bunch of people - just ask david ;) next up is a girl we met at at place called 'purple sneakers' - which is an awesome night out - her name is stacey and she invited us to go to a place called 'the shires' (which wasnt the rolling hills with tiny people that had hairy toes that i expected lol) where she lived to see the night life, i met a tonne of her friends so a big wasssup to you girls!!! and of cors there was lucas the 'womanising machine' that snored like 'a bear with a megphone' that kept us up most nights!! i will miss sydney as it the only place i kno that i have friends in within aussie but im sure i can make loads of new ones elsewhere - possibly befriend a pack of dingos and see how that plays out!!!
any hu we getting on a plane soon so i will catch ya all later
So here's to SYDNEY - its been an awsome ride that i will hopefully get bback on again soon!!

scene - walking through the sydney nightlife with my 3 compatriats, just generally waffling along to woodroe and i said something, cant remember what but tht not important, i asked dav wot he thort but he said he wasnt listening as he thort i wasnt talking to him, which i replied - this is it, the moment ya been reading this crap blog for - 'I WAS TALKING TO THE WHOLE WORLD, BUT ONLY WOODE WAS LISTENING' now to me that is really philisophical n probly the only thing smart to come outta my mouth, so from here on i am patenting it and if ya wonna use it, replacing woode with something else, then please email me in advance lol

3rd Times the Charm
Morning one and all it's the person you've been waiting for, Mr Dave. Thats right i've finally got out of bed and headed for the Internet Cafe instead of the nearest Boozer, I hope you all feel special now.
Any who on with the adventure - yesterday now theres a story and a half, slept, played frizbee at Hyde Park, slept some more and then watched the most awesome film ever 'The Departed' if you have yet to see it i would recomend it, i would tell you more but P-J told me off for giving away the ending, sorry people blame P-J not me.....oh yea slept some more, joy.
Who knew theres a 6 in the morning aswell as the evening, kinda confused me to start off with but the ways of the world where slowly explained to me. We where at our first destination by 7am filled in a few forms and set off.
I thought something was queer when i first arrived, i was given a red and yellow jumpsuit, hey we're in Oz right they do things differently down here. Heres where the fun begins we took off in probably the smallest plane you've ever seen cramped full of sweaty guys (P-J couldn't believe his luck) travelled up to what i think was 14k ft open the door and all dived out, in the correct manner of coarse. This is SkyDiving, 60 seconds of freefall just messing around kicking and screaming and then slowly floating to the ground all good fun shame about the random guy strapped to my back, would have been far more interesting going solo on the first attempt, wouldn't be here to give you this wonderous post but atleast my death would have been quick and painless, i've got another year here so you never know you people might get lucky and kill me off before i return.

on arriving to australia we met a guy called 'James' who politley picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at our hostel.....he then whisked us away on a magical tour of sydney (ok a 1hr drive where we dint really see tht much tho we did get to play on bronte beach) on this tour he mentioned to us about the museum....which pronomonutly would normally really sucky....until he mentioned '8ft kangaroos' ahah a gd idea tht sounds!! we went today...and after 3hrs of searching high and low there was no friggin 8ft kangaroo......this was made worse wen we actually paid to go in n see a bunch of fake bones n some aboriginal stuff....personally i think james was working for the musuem and makes comission from them by lieing to idiots like ourselves and giving us false hope!!!! so techniaclly our first experience of a real australian guy has turned out like sour grapes that look so sweet until you bite into them!! nehu enuf from me

i would love to put what we been doin but it seems everyone else has, except Woodroe who doesnt say alot! but i can tell ya wat i been doin tht the others havnt......Drinking!! infact i havnet not had a day without drink since we got here which is possibly a bit worrying....hi my name is P-J and i'm an alcoholic lol....but hey ho thts life n wen im working im sure i will stop for a short period like a day or two....small steps....looking forward to going to perth tho as apparently it rox, tho it gotta lot to live up to as sydney is ace....but if the beer is cheaper tht is a start (i treated myself n woodroe to a dbl vodka each n 1 can of redbull between us at a bar, it was only a mere $30 i mean OUCH! where is trebles when ya need it!!)
totally missing most of you guys n gals but i makin loads of new friends so i will forget about you all shortly!
to my family (including mike n dom) love ya all n miss ya aswell i will ring ya soon, but dont ring me as it totally wastes all my credit!!

Time to Post
Right i know Danny has pretty much said everything but i'm bored and posting seemed like a good way to take up the time while i uploaded pictures (which is taking Fooking Ages).
We are heading into our last week in Sydney before heading of to the other side of this vast country to a small place called Perth - where we will have to get jobs. Really looking forward to working again as im so full of energy and have nothing to use it on except picking up glasses and forks.
Now for the past... We went to see Sydney FC a couple of weeks ago, which wasn't the best game in the world so i don't think we've mentioned it. They have a really nice stadium tho and their designated song is out of this world, we really were all in disbelief. Syndey drew cuz they suck and play people out of position - and tho there was a wonder goal by the left-back i had been slating all game, i managed to miss it getting food
Our week in Bondi has to of been the best week so far. I had so much good food it was awesome, and Liberty Lunch, where i ate 90% of that food, became our gaff for the week. The staff there are either really fit or funny french men but nether the less they dint kick us out when we sang high pitched songs really badly. My favourite staff member had to be Ms Shanon, not because she is a stunner, but the fact i've met someone my age who's lived a life i could only enviously listen too is so cool. And due to this if she's in England next year i expect offers from you guys to put her up!
Now alot of you may won't too know if i have been drinking. Yes i have there are pictures proving it. I have come to the conclusion that with beer if you dont drink it quickly while it's cold even P-J won't finish it for me. Spirits and coke are nice but over here they are way too expensive - I've got the taste for Whiskey and coke. Also i have tried a cheap white wine and various shots all ok but non yet that have made me drunk. I have also smoked a Hooka (hope thats right) thanks to Shanon which was nice and i will probly do again (with something a little extra)
Many will know we went on a surf camp. First two hours of surfing sucked due to the 2hours of sleep i almost got and the fact i missed breakfast. A drink and two sarnnies later i was back out there. On my first go at even getting up in that session i rode the wave all the way back to the beach - tho noone watched which kind of sucked. Next 2 hours i along with my English compatriots ruled the waves. Next day we were given shorter boards cuz we basically ruled, but unfortunately i couldnt be bothered and the surf was a bit naff too. But all in all it was a great experience and with a bit more energy i going back out there to sunbath (or surf).
That's about it so far if there's anything i've left out it was probably boring - footy, frisbee, skinny diping - the usual ya know

Dumber and Dumberer
Hey girls and boys its my turn to do some posting again. We've all had quite an interesting week, we've had a go at living on world famos Bondi beach we were all in a 6 bed shared dorm where we met a Brazillian called Lucas who was like a dog on heat 24-7 he didn't speak alot of English and no one coulld understand him but that never stoped him talking, the only 3 words words he really used were girls, soccer and drink! but amazingly with this he managed to pull at least 1 girl every other night. The other room mate was "Canadian Dave" yes one more Dave (I thought 2 was too many). Dave was a cool guy and we will be dedicating a forum to some "Davisums" (his random quotes).
In one week we managed to become locals in a rersurant, all of us were eating at least 2 times a day we managed to make friends with some of the waitresses, so much so that we were invited to a lock in on our last day to celebrate Lily's birthday. At this point I go from dumb to dumber because i got a few drinks down me.... (big mistake) cut a long story short i ran accross the beach in the buff and went skinny dipping, this was probably the moment i lost my wallet and all the important stuff like money and cred cards. :( Surly Things cant get much worse??? Yea they can, the next morning we all went surfing! btw we are all naturalls and picked it up incredibly fast but after bout 1 hour i went from dumber to dumberer when i jumped off my board with my toes curled, i dont know if its broken or not but it is very painfull, swollen and i cant move it, so im limping again! :)

Bad Couple of Days
Hey boys and girls I've learnt how to sign in, so you can expect to see some posts from me now.
I've had a bad couple of days these coments may upset or entertain you it depends on whether you like me or not, Yesterday i claim fame to probably being the only person stupid enough to throw a mobile phone out of a 3rd floor window and not realise i'd done it! its dumb but it is possible, what i actually did was shake the sand out of my shorts (after another scorching day on the beach) and I completly forgot that the phone was in one of the none zipped pockets (It took me about 2 hours to realise i'd done it) so guys dont text or phone my new number.
Today I had an even dumber day we went for a short walk to another nearby beach, me and Woody decided to make it a lil bit more entertaining by going the sceinic route (over the jaged cliff sides) where occasionally a large wave or 2 would crash. after about 2 mins we a large wave or 2 caught me off guard. The first swept me about 2 meters taking with it my sensible footware of sandals and the second one gave me a good push from behind took me off my feet again and sliced my left hand and both my feet it is now rather painfull to walk.... so i run everywhere its quicker.

I've noticed that NOBODY has put anything on the forum. After investigating a little we found that even signing up doesn't seem to work so we have re-administrated the forum to allow posts to be made without logging in.
Simply start a NEW TOPIC in the desired Subject or just ad a quick post to a topic u wish to comment on. Hope this helps
